Candy Deng is currently the President of Hair Care & Brand Management, P&G Greater China. She has over 20-year history in P&G, spanning brand management for diverse categories. She owns extensive experiences in brand building and profound understanding of the Chinese market.
Candy has previously managed business of Personal Cleansing Care (Safeguard, OLAY body care), Oral Care (Crest, Oral-B) and has achieved remarkable growth. She owns the sound reputation in brand building, brand long-term portfolio management, innovation strategy, and comprehensive consumer marketing planning. In Brand & Media Operations team, she committed to lead the team with change, to explore cutting edge marketing model and trend, which led to the rapid growth of P&G i-Omni Retail business. In her current role at P&G Hair Care, Candy Deng fearlessly spearheads the brand building and transformation journey for Hair Care brands (Head & Shoulders, Pantene, etc.) with a vision focused on leading category growth.
Candy is also deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of marketing and brand management talents. As the Head of GC P&G Brand Management, she has cultivated the brand organization, instilling robust brand building skills and practices.
