Ms. Ting HE is currently the partner and CEO of OSMPEARLS, responsible for the brand strategy, marketing, and e-commerce operations of OSMPEARLS, an online jewelry brand under OSM Holdings Group.
Before taking charge of OSMPEARLS, she has over ten years of experience in brand marketing and operation for Party A and Party B, and has worked in Advertising Creative Department, Marketing Department, and Online E-commerce Marketing and E-commerce Operation Department of Party A, participating in the entire chain from product to sales.
She has worked as a Party B’s advertiser in real estate, automotive and financial sectors, including Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Greentown China, China Overseas Estate, HSBC, etc. She has served as the head of the Marketing Department of a Hong Kong-listed financial group, leading the Marketing Department to develop and manage national market channels, planning brand public relations and communication activities, and establishing Chinese brand influence.
She started e-commerce entrepreneurship in 2018, serving to incubate new consumer brands after investment, providing online brand strategy integrated marketing as well as e-commerce operation services, and completing numerous new brand 0-1. She started to invest in and incubate OSMPEARLS, an online jewelry brand under OSM Holdings Group, in 2022, and achieved an online sales in one year with a GMV of over 50 million.
